We have officially retired our Clash of Clans account, following the latest Supercell Clash Terms Update.

This update introduced additional TH15 requirements, hero levels, a split builder camp, and multi-level builder battles. I will refrain from sharing my thoughts on the update as we have already announced out retirement. As mentioned above, we recently received the latest Terms/Services update. I am curious to understand the primary reason behind the Supercell ID connection rules.

While I will keep my comments respectful regarding the Supercell Clash Terms Update, it seems that online players will be required to stick with IDs they currently have. It is one thing to increase usage and enhance gameplay, but the idea of this update being solely for the benefit of the player seems questionable. However, if you wish to disconnect your account, please contact Supercell Support before September 2023.

Let’s check in on the latest mobile news, next month look for a new iPhone 12 testing series utilizing dual sims (one phone, two numbers). One onboard (physical) sim card and a new eSim (digital). So far, so good. It’s not as burdensome per se to juggle two numbers on one phone versus, two phones with separate operating systems. Nor is it exhausting to switch between the two mobile signals, wifi etc…

Next, I want to try out the automatic switch and manual switches between the two numbers, volume of calls and call clarity had some trouble with the Samsung G series signal moving between cities or town-to-towns. Regardless, here are a few tips on utilizing dual SIM cards – updates required iOS (15+ or higher). It states iOS 16 or + higher, or a combination of newer device and iOS.

Finally, I can confirm the switch from the Samsung to an iPhone 8, updated to iOS 15. The latest updates and patches are now available for the iPhone 8 build. Installation was uneventful. Let’s wrap up the last installation steps:

Activation is required, when moving from a physical SIM to an eSIM.

Once you’ve made the choice to convert, the SIM will move accordingly. Don’t quote me on the ‘when’, as a new series will cover the move, tweaks and behavioral changes for the switch. Clash – CoC Updates – Level 15, Hero Updates, Electro Titans, Monolyth and more

First, in the latest Super Cell update, our CoC Updates, Clash takes on a magical theme. Yes, I said it, magical. The magic theme is quite satisfying. Upgrades are kept to a minimum. Be prepared for the hero’s welcome, Hero’s, Electro Titans and Monolyth steal the spotlight in this update. The same goes for the new Hero Pets – Frosty, Diggy, Lizard and Phoenix. These cool little additions are nice bonus feature along side the magical elements introduced in this update. Although, Frosty, Diggy and the other pets are still a few weeks away in my games, I can see how they will complement hero attacks, attack strategy, and different types of attacks.

Secondly, remember that upgrading farming remains core to the game as now that Level 15 has been reached. However, other games are lagging behind in the TH11 space and even TH6. For those of you who are just starting out, focus on building strategy, hero, and defensive upgrades first, followed by gold/elixir/dark elixir and army camps, and so on.

Thirdly, do not forget to upgrade your troops as often as possible, as your storage capacity increases with what I would consider secondary upgrades. Bombs, air bombs, walls, etc. should be upgraded last. From my own experience, upgrading walls and additional defensive measures is easier to do last because there is extra cash and elixir in the blank.

Lastly, there have been a few more CoC updates and added benefits. These benefits include O.T.T.O. in the builder hall as well as upgrades for the high-level battle machine. We do not cover everything, but focus on what we believe may be more motivating for early players or those new to the game. There is hope! Check out Legend League updates and more. Enjoy, Clash On!

First, it’s time for an update. It has been a few years since I last updated the software on my Nikon D90, so the time has come to do do. Since the camera itself has been archived by Nikon, we will treat this article as a reference materials as well. While the D90 is a cool piece of gear, we also want to assist those who are looking to preserve their cameras. Therefore, the focus of this article has shifted a bit. It is now centered on firmware, where to find the downloadable content, and how to continue maintaining the D90. Let’s make sure we update the D90 firmware from version 1.1 to version 2.0.

The D90 has been archived by Nikon, and you can find more details on the Nikon D90 Website. Check out the archival pages for more information. I am sharing a few photos of the D90 a.k.a “Dub9” DSLR. Can I call it a “Workhorse” still? It may not have been at the top of the market in its day, but with a little love, care and a few minutes, you can bring your D90 up-to-date with the D90 Firmware version 1.1 update. When updating, make sure to use the correct SD cards to protect your memory cards and camera equipment.

Don’t forget to leave a comment! Also, be aware of a few “gotchas” during the process. Backup all photos and video before starting. It’s best to back up before beginning. Remove any add-ons and modifications where applicable, especially any aftermarket parts and accessories that are attached. We want to have a common baseline before the firmware update. Reinstall aftermarket parts and accessories after the update process is complete. Test out anything you think might need a few extra minutes. FAA Drone Safety Update it’s time for some training for you Part 107 license holders. What about the waivers? The waiver deadline is April 21, 2021, so please make note of that date. Requirements for flight at night and/or over people, moving vehicles still require FAA waivers that date. Moving forward, waivers and requirements will need additional information, especially for flights over people and/or at night.

My assumption, after speaking with the FAA, is that the traditional licensing examination and process will change. It is likely that licensing for unmanned aircraft will be more similar to the boating license process in Florida. This may involve a classroom environment, quizzes, and tests on practical knowledge and safe flying. Let’ wait and see what updates and regs. are implemented. I am not comfortable speculating on the matter, how they will happen and when. You can be the judge!

Side note, FAA Drone Safety Updates are on going, so continue to use and test Airmaps for the latest updates. How about disasters and hurricanes? As described on Airmaps some forum responses were lost in the purge due to a spammer attack. It will help you stay informed about regulations and rule updates.
