What do you need to start a quote for a web development project?

First, for design to WordPress or custom projects, the most accurate quotes come when I am able to see working design. Discuss ideas or see examples. Next, I can create deliverables as well, however, if this is not possible, wireframes, sketches and/or an overview of the products, services or functionality shall accompany the final deliverable(s). All assets, content, branding shall be provided where applicable. In turn, this process helps to provide specifics and allow for a more accurate estimate. Please note, projects can change over the course of the project, changes will be considered change requests CR’s as we move through the design, development and production process.

Do you provide SEO analysis?

Great question! In short, the answer is yes. SEO is its own beast to wrap your arms around. Keep it simple.

Let’s start with page titles, length, content word counts and canonicals. Throw in some keywords and downstream data analysis, and we are off to the races. In theory, the act of SEO sounds simple, but the goal is to maintain high quality content, continuity, serve up quality content and make those indexable by search engines such as Google, Bing, DuckDuck Go, and Baidu.

Additionally, the process is far more cumbersome and becomes a daily service. Furthermore, each search engine provides tools to help with specific enhancements such as robot.txt files, disavow links, sitemaps, canonicals, search results and qualitative value. Although different, the goals are the same.
