University Of California, Berkeley. Calling all CAL Alumni! The Alumni Team presents, the 55th Annual Reunion and Alumni Weekend. Formal Alumni festivities celebrated back in 2004-2005.

Work included stakeholders, prominent CAL Berkeley students, faculty, administration and more. All working together to make UC Berkeley what it is today. The institutions Alumni Association provides financial means for the student body via peer alumnus, and future CAL graduates to come.

Cal Alumni Flash Media

In a quick overview, the client requested an animated short, web and Flash based production to showcase UC Berkeley’s “excellence”. Ideally, the web based solution would welcome the Class of 1969 to campus, and provide a simple way for graduates to donate money for future activities and services. Overall, the project was a clean, sophisticated and fantastic client/creative experience. A mental note, it was a great experience to work with alumni, individual contributors and sponsors who have shared UC Berkeley’s “excellence” with the world. One of my first few Flash projects before Flash ran out of gas (market changed, Flash was shelved for newer code, standards and web media). Similar to the Cal Berkeley Alumni site, the client also connected us with Harvard, creating a similar solution for their alumni activities. It was a great opportunity, and I am thankful to those who brought me into the fold.
